A belgium Dry Gin
Shortly after the First World War, Firmin Filliers, the third generation of master distillers, created a recipe for a Belgian gin and in the 40s and 50s made a test bottle, half of which still remains today.Both the recipe and the test bottle have been carefully preserved at the Filliers distillery. This exceptional recipe was entrusted to the current master distiller, Pedro Saez del Burgo, who has been working for the Filliers family for 20 years. He went back to work, and it took two years to get a perfect product. Filliers is quite proud to present Filliers Dry Gin 28, a gin with a very floral and fruity taste. The remarkable result of 5 generations of know-how and tradition.
