A supple and spicy red wine
Amplomryx means "the ruminant of the vineyard". This cuve pays homage to this extinct animal, half deer half giraffe, and to the natural history museum of Toulouse which discovered it, whose fossils were found in Montreal du Gers, next to our vineyard. The Ampelomeryx lived on our land 17 million years ago. Just like this unexpected animal, so does the cuve. An original blend whose assertive character has been voluntarily declared a Vin de France.This wine is the result of a blend between Malbec, Syrah, Pinot Noir and Manseng Noir
