The Domaine du Prince is a fleshy harmonious and rustic wine of Cahors. With variants in the process of time it smells of blackcurrant truffle and undergrowth beyond natural qualities owing to soil climate and grape varieties.

L'Envol du Prince has a brilliant robe and a steady purple colour. It is very open on the nose with delicate aromas of currant violet and a bit of fennel. In the mouth there is a nice volume lots of velvety tannins and a fruity finish. (currant and blackberry) Highly recommend serving this with meat a good BBQ or cheese courses.
