The 2021 MadFish Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from their Mount Barrow vineyard high in the hills of Mount Barker in the Great Southern, the block sits at an altitude of 310 – 340m with a south facing aspect. The cool climate of the Great Southern creates wines of great elegance and character while the ancient soils of the Mount Barker granite outcrop add a touch of minerality to the finish.
