The crme de la crme of the superb Single Vineyard wines of Cellier des Dauphins... Cairanne Blanc et Cairanne Rouge, and we can certainly see why. This Cairanne Blanc, from the Gayere Valley, situated just south of the village of Cairanne, where the marbled clay soils give freshness and elegance to its white wines. A blend of Clairette (gives freshness), Roussane (body and structure) and Viognier (perfume and complexity). And what a heavenly combination. Rhone whites can often be a little broad and heavy, but this wine certainly lives up to the vineyard growing reputation, a wine with perfume and structure, yet with elegance and freshness. Perfect drinking now with roasted white meats and creamy seafood. Oh and less than 10,000 bottles produced for worldwide consumption... genuinely a Prestige production. Don't out on our exclusive NZ allocation of 240 bottles. Enjoy now and through 2029... it's a beautifully age worthy white wine!
