Warm tawny red in colour with an amber hue corresponding to its advanced maturity. The nose is spirited and nervous, with an array of fruit and nut aromas: grapefruit, apricot, almond and hazelnut, spiced with cinnamon, caramel and cocoa and rich vanilla oak. Charming and velvety on the palate, the grace of the first contact is maintained by a complex sequence of ripe and dry fruit followed by a languorous finish. Enjoy after a cosy dinner with mild cheese that won't overwhelm the finesse of the wine.It can flow together with coffee and conversation afterwards. It should be served at 18º- 20ºC.
