Klein Constantia Brut Sparkling Cap Classique is a Blanc de Blanc, made using 100% Chardonnay. Grapes for this sparkling wine are selected from a single block, one of the oldest located on the lower slopes of Klein Constantia. They are harvested early in the season in several batches to ensure complexity in freshness, fruit and intensity. Bright and light gold in colour. An intense nose of vibrant flavours of stone fruit and citrus blossom, with a touch of brioche and lime zest. On the palate, fine bubbles with lively fresh citrus flavours culminating in a crisp, flinty finish. Can be enjoyed now or will reward careful cellaring for a further few years.
