This contributes in particular to the elegance and softness of the finished product. This wine has a Côtes de Gascogne protected geographical indication and the association of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng grapes was made using the traditional winemaking method, with real temperature control. The vines have benefited from a protected environment in the south-west made up of tawny sands and boulbènes. Gros manseng and petit manseng were grown on acidic sandy clay soil.
