This Minervois is a blend of white Grenache, Marsanne, Vermentino and Muscat. The grapes are harvested at their best maturity in order to keep the freshness and reveal the fruit.The Cailhol Gautran estate uses traditional winemaking methods on quality grapes, so that each cuve expresses its terroir. Their wines come from the terroir of the Haut Minervois, a south-facing clay-limestone plateau at an altitude of 150m, where the vines grow in the middle of the Mediterranean forest.
