A powerful and structured Grand Cru de Bourgogne; a king's wine!
The history of Chambertin began in 630 when Duke Amalgaire gave the monks of the Abbey of Bze his elite vineyard. Over the following centuries, many owners succeeded one another, including a certain Bertin who gave it his name around 1219. Each of these owners contributed to shaping this superb land into an exceptional vineyard.100% pinot noir, this Chambertin Grand Cru is a masculine, powerful wine. On the palate, it is vigorous and firm, well structured and very dense. It will keep for at least 10 years.
