The "Grande Cuve" brings together the finest terroirs of the Domaine de l'Hortus estate, in the cradle of the AOP Pic Saint Loup. This estate is one of the most recognised and sought after in the Appellation.These are the plots of land with the best climatic exposure, whose soils are draining but with a sufficient water supply so that the vines do not suffer from drought in summer. The Mourvdre, Grenache and Syrah grape varieties flourish here to give the best.
