end rum elaborated between Guyana and Toulouse.
Toucan 4 is a spicy agricultural rum produced in Saint
Laurent du Maroni in French Guiana and matured in Toulouse.
In the sunny territory of French Guiana, the conditions are ideal for growing a sugar cane rich in sugar and aromas. This sugar cane is cut by hand and fermented a maximum of 36 hours after harvesting.
This gives us a rum with the characteristic and powerful aromas of sugar cane.
