  • Coquar expresses all the finesse and elegance of the great Chardonnays from the famous Grand Cru of Chouilly, a village located in the heart of the C´te des Blancs area. It is a prestigious label that combines extraordinary grape quality with a very long period of aging on the lees, giving birth to a result of great class and unique and refined aromas. The rich bouquet ranges from floral to fruity, with evolutionary notes that give the sip great complexity and gustatory persistence.

  • run business that manages a precious heritage of vineyards over 30 years old, cultivated in the Grand Cru of Chouilly. As is customary in the C´te des Blancs, 95% of the plots are dedicated to Chardonnay and only 5% to Pinot Noir. The agronomic management has always been very attentive to the environment, with the belief that only healthy and genuine grapes can produce great Champagnes. The Maison bases its success on a classic style and extreme attention to quality. Its labels are known among enthusiasts for their finesse, freshness and balance, characteristics that perfectly express the terroir of Chouilly.

  • Coquar is a Champagne that comes from Chardonnay vines grown in the Grand Cru of Chouilly. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and to the vins clairs of the vintage, 25% of reserve wines from previous vintages aged in the Maison's cellars with the Solera Method are added during the assembly phase. The refermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a rest period on the lees of 72 months. The Champagne has a light yellow color, crossed by a fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet is elegant and complex, with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, dried fruit, notes of pastry, honey and bread crust. On the palate it is soft and creamy, ripe and rich, which extends towards a savory and refreshing finish.
