Crafted by the expert hands of the Donaldson family at the Iconic Pegasus Bay winery in Waipara. Adding a mix of barrel and wild yeast ferment and it drinks so much more completely than other Pinot Gris at it's price. This 2020 has rich ginger spice and a delicious, honeyed botrytis thread permeating its luscious fruit... finishing off-dry. Although it will match with numerous white meat and seafood dishes it is equally appealing as a chilled white to enjoy at the end of a busy day.
