This rum was conceived by Csar Marti, Cuba's youngest master rum maker. It was influenced by agardiente, the local brandy of the 19th century.Csar Marti incorporated 70% agardiente in his recipe, the maximum possible content for rum. They bring a certain richness to the aromas. He then aged his rum forat least 7 years in white oak barrels.
