Vincent, 44 years old, settled down as a winemaker in Meursault almost 20 years ago. He comes from a family of winemakers on his father's side (in Meursault) as well as on his mother's side (in Volnay). He perpetuates the family tradition while adding his own personal touch in the elaboration of his wines. The domain is located in Meursault in the C´te de Beaune in Burgundy.Food and wine pairing : This Meursault can be drunk very pleasantly as an aperitif. It goes wonderfully well with fish, scallops, simply cooked or with beurre blanc, cream...Kept in a cold cellar, it can be enjoyed now, or kept for 4 to 5 years.
