For 5 generations, the Cassy family has been running a vineyard in the heart of the Charente. Respect for the vines is essential in their cultivation methods. The current generation of winegrowers has totally rethought the management of the soil and water, for a better respect of the environment. Since 2013, they have been certified in Organic Agriculture.
