A typical red wine from south of France
Ch¢teau Salitis for many years has been giving its letters of nobility to the AOP Cabards appellation. The location of this ch¢teau is ideal, on the slopes of the Montagne Noire, a few kilometres from Carcassonne, the vines are situated at the crossroads of the south.This blend is composed of 50% Mediterranean grape varieties (Syrah and Grenache) and 50% Atlantic grape varieties (Merlot and Cabernet-Sauvignon).
