Forget everything you know about Cahors wines, Croizillon brings you a whole new approach to this AOC, based on the terroirs, to highlight the fruity and digestive potential of Malbec!This wine is indeed a 100% Malbec, made from vines of 30 years old on average, grown on the limestone plateau of Fages and the second terraces of Luzech. With a yield of 50 hl/year, the early harvest is done manually for part of it, mechanically for the other part.
