The Cantina Di Carpe e Sorbara has been producing Lambrusco with passion for over a century. Gathered in a cooperative, the Cantina's harvesters are 1200 and master each stage of production: from the pruning of the vines, through the hand harvest, to the bottling.Quality is the starting point of their work and the heart is the final point.
