Sylvain owns two vineyard plots of village wine in Chassagne Montrachet just below the village (Meix Goudard and Les Pierres) and with a total area of only 0.21 hectares, yielding just over 100 boxes of wine per year. Matured in barriques where about 25% is new, which gives a nice structure and extra backbone to the wine.
