This non chilled filtered, 'Casks of Lindores' bottling was matured exclusively in Oloroso Sherry Butts from Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. The color is auburn while the nose reveals plums, dates, molasses, touches of vanilla and milk chocolate. On the palate, notes of fruit, molasses, dark chocolate, cinnamon and ginger continue, combined with pleasant hints of nuts such as walnut and chestnut leading to a long, enjoyable aftertaste
