Encore is a Noble style with heavily botrytised fruit fermented to 10.5% alcohol with 266g/l of natural sugar. Lusciously sweet and honeyed with exotic tropical fruits, apricots and coconuts, Encore is a benchmark sweet wine that goes with fruit
based desserts or with any cheeseboard after dinner.
