"Folies Champagne is a special premium non
vintage release crafted from the first pressings of fruit off the family's private Chateau de La Marquetterie estate. Made with 45% Chardonnay and 55% Pinot Noir fruit, which is similar to the regular house style in mix. Where you'll notice a significant difference is in the textural influence of seasoned barrel aging of the base cuvee, 100% first pressings of fruit and further time on lees.
