Description
Fruit was sourced from three Vineyards in Hawke's Bay; each vineyard is meticulously managed and low cropping. Each parcel of fruit was picked in the cool temperatures of early morning, pressed off and fermented in a mixture of tank and seasoned oak barrels. This wine is wonderfully aromatic in its youth but can also be aged for up to 4 years from vintage date.
