barrel fermentation, 50% stainless steel fermentation. Sur lie aged and hand stirred (batonnage) monthly. A rich, Chardonnay that is a throwback to the good old days for traditionalists. Ripe tropical flavours from vineyards in Monterey, Lodi, and Clarksburg, it's a ripe, sweet oaky style of Chardonnay with the volume turned right up!
