breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We say it goes with almost everything, meats, spicy dishes, perfect with a curry and with chocolate desserts. Sparkling Shiraz is like two wines in one… firstly a high
quality Shiraz table wine. It's then turned into a Methode Traditionnelle (a la Champagne), add into that Shiraz components from circa 25 vintages and you will be drinking a wine that should be sold at 2
3 times its price. Make sure you serve slightly chilled Champagne flutes… it's as delicious without food as it is with.
