Papirusa means “elegant and beautifulâ€. It was the name of the doll that Emilio Lustau gave the daughter of Joaqun Burgos, first manager of Bodegas Lustau in the 40s. A bone dry style of Sherry, it is the ultimate aperitif. Aged under a 'veil of yeast' known as the flor in Sanlºcar de Barrameda, a fishing town. The maritime influences are apparent on the palate.
