Trinity Hill one of the stalwart producers of Hawkes Bay situated in the heart of the Gimblett Gravels; top producer, top sub-region and from an amazing vintage, one of the great Chardonnays of NZ, one sip and you will agree. The juice was fermented and aged in French oak 500 liter barrels, bigger barrels that give subtle oak nuances without dominating, rather harmony and complexity.
