Transforming from indigo blue to vibrant pink, once premium tonic water is added (we recommend either Fever Tree Indian or East Imperial Burma) it is also a delight when mixed with soda water and garnished with a sprig of lavender. It remains a delicate, ice blue when only soda water is used and I encourage everyone to try this ultra low sugar, low PH option that really lets the Gin sing without expanding our waistlines.
