The foundation of all great gin is soft, pure water and Dancing Sands uses one of the purest springs (Waikoropupu) in the world, measured to an optical clarity of 63 metres (that's a lot!). Seven carefully selected, traditional botanicals, including angelica root, cardamom, liquorice and coriander, are vapour-infused with local manuka leaves to complete an oily soft, perfumed, uniquely Kiwi take on classic London Dry Gin. What is also very different about this boutique NZ gin is the absence of any citrus peel which proves that it isn't essential when the gin is this good. Supply is limited and demand is high, so grab a bottle while you still can and taste why this complex kiwi gin won gold at San Francisco at it's first attempt and full awards from my taste buds!
