Crafted by the expert hands of the Donaldson family at the Iconic Pegasus Bay winery in Waipara. Adding a mix of barrel and wild yeast ferment and it drinks so much more completely than other Gewurztraminer. This 2022 was picked ripe resulting in an intensely floral, spicy wine with rich ginger and has a delicious, honeyed botrytis thread permeating its luscious fruit... finishing off-dry. Although it will match numerous white meat and seafood dishes it is equally appealing as a chilled white to enjoy at the end of a busy day.
