The dream began in the late 70s when Bill Cameron tried to make a cream liqueur to rival the Irish. 20 years later his son developed a recipe from scratch, before his son William developed his own recipe inspired by their legacy. Inspired by butterscotch toffee, it's creamy, buttery and balanced with a rich caramel. Keeping secondary ingredients to a minimum helps create a subtle burnt butterscotch flavour that highlights the very best of New Zealand ingredients. Best enjoyed chilled and straight
