Located in the southern part of Kyoto Prefecture, the distillery sources its water from the famed Fushimi region, which is tremendously respected for its delicate and delicious sake brewing water. - peeling a years supply of lemons from nearby Hiroshima Prefecture, to sourcing special yuzu from an octogenarian farmer in the north of Kyoto, these gins truly are a labor of love.
- This Gin is made in the dry style but with a distinct Japanese twist. Including Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea and green shansho berries. Made with a rice spirit base, not grain like many other gins, this creates an elegant and refined Gin profile.
