GREYROCK TE KORU CHARDONNAY 2018
The Greyrock Te Koru Chardonnay is a lightly oaked, fruit driven style with layers of citrus and stonefruit characters overlaid with a creaminess and slight mealiness from yeast stirring. The palate is full flavoured with a hint of oak to add interest without dominating. The wine has a beautiful acid seam which adds length and balance. It is made in an early drinking style, but can be cellared for 3-4 years.
