This gorgeous Champagne is a rich and toasty blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier aged on lees and in bottle for 5 long years... double that of many more expensive Champagnes! 100% Premier Cru fruit plus 20% addition of reserve cuvees (aged wine) contribute to its power that is perfectly arrested by its fine mousse and bubbles.
