Spain's most famous dessert wine, along with moscatel it is the only other grape grown in Jerez other than the ubiquitous Palomino. Sun dried prior to fermentation, it is usually aged in a solera system, making wines of incredible complexity as it ages. This wine is aged for a minimum of 8 years, making it a phenomenal bargain in terms of time.
