Wine writer Matthew Jukes calls this one of the best Proseccos around and were rather inclined to agree. Its light, fragrant and zippy, with clean grape, tropical and citrus flavours and just a pinch of sweetness to make it slide down easily. Great on its own as a lunchtime tipple or try it as an aperitif or in a sparkling wine cocktail.
