Cuvee 746 from Maison Jacquesson, is from the 2018 harvest, a bountiful harvest, with a nice ripeness and moderate acidity. This very nice Extra-Brut champagne (0.75 g/l), made for 68% on the terroirs of Aÿ, Dizy and Hautvillers and for 32% on those of Avize and Oiry. The 746 cuvees has a beautiful finesse, purity and incredible aging potential. Resulting from a blend of 43% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier and 27% Pinot Noir, it offers citrus and brioche notes on the nose.
