The result of a rigorous selection in every production phase, in both the vineyard and the winery, this large, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon wine is typical of the Saint
- Estèphe appellation. Structured and with tannins but with all the elegance and refinement of a Grand Cru Classe. Over time, the wine develops a delicate and complex bouquet. Aged for 18 months in 60% new oak barrels, the premium wine accounts for an average of 55% of the total production of the estate.

The taste is firm with notes of burnt oak, black fruit, eucalyptus and a nice spiciness.
