This blockbuster was created through a collaboration between Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi. The 2020 Seña is a blend of 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Malbec, 15% Carmenere and 7% Petit Verdot from grapes harvested early, the second week of March, 90% of which are fermented in stainless steel and 10% in concrete. Eggs. It has a controlled 13.5% alcohol and good freshness. It's subtle and layered, not just fruity but with more spice; it has polished tannins and highly integrated oak after 22 months in barrique of which 78% new oak and 10% 2nd year (large Stockinger casks). The 2020 Seña has a nice aromatic character with violets and lavender. Pure black fruits (blackberries, plums, blackcurrants). Slightly spicy, freshly grated ginger. Clear mineral touch. Good freshness and saltiness.
