The L'Aventure Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a Cabernet Sauvignon blended with 5% Petit Verdot and aged in 80% new oak. The wine is super stylish and very well structured. Deep ruby purple, it has very pure aromas of black and red currants, liquorice, dried roses and bouquet garni, supported by subtle nuances of graphite and a hint of oak. on the palate, the wine has melting, chocolate textured tannins, fresh acidity and remarkable fruit intensity, with a very long mineral driven finish.
