Chateau Minuty has a fully automatic bottling line designed to protect the rose wines from oxidation and respect their aromatic qualities. Chateau Minuity (and certainly the Rose et Or and the Cuvee Prestige) belongs to the top houses such as Château Camparnaud , Ott, MIP, AIX, Miraval, Domaine Tropez that have set the trend to produce absolute quality rose that can be excellent as an aperitif but certainly also excellent with lobster, shellfish, white pasta dishes or a delicious salad. The quality and education is also such that the wines remain blissful when aging (2-3 years).
