This beautiful white wine comes from sand-clay soil of a plot of 0.4 ha. big. The vines are grown without pesticides or insecticides and are only fertilized naturally. The Janasse Blanc Prestige is a blend of 70% Roussanne, 15% Grenache (over 60 years old), 15% Clairette (over 60 years old). The grapes are vinified separately and aged for 14 months in 103 year old oak barrels. Bottled without filtering.
