Petracs is the first great white wine of the Oremus-Vega Sicilia domain. Made from the best and oldest vineyard in the village of Tolcsva (Northern Hungary), with Furmint vines at least 60 years old. 2017 is the first year. The vineyard is located on a steep slope, which means that no machining is possible. Only manpower and animal power. The Furmint grape ferments takes place on French and Hungarian oak. 3 months batonnage and then another 5 months elevage. Then 6 months in stainless steel before bottling. This top white 'Vega-Sicilia' has a storage potential of at least 15 years
