The Ferrari Trento Riserva Lunelli is a 100% Chardonnay, so a Blanc de Blanc. The Chardoobay vineyard is located on the slopes of the Trentino mountains. The grapes are harvested manually and the wine matures on the yeasts for a minimum of 7 years. In the glass, the Lunelli has a deep yellow color with pale golden highlights. Fruity and rich on the nose with complex aromas and a broad, enveloping structure. The period of maturation in large Austrian wooden barrels gives a varied rainbow of sensations. In the mouth, the wine gives a perfect balance of varied sensations, of toasty yeasts and spices. The aging in oak adds harmony and richness. The finish is intense and persistent.
