The Nambrot was first made in 1996 using Merlot grapes and has evolved over the years into a blend together with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot . This balanced wine fully demonstrates the power, the warmth and the character that this beautiful territory can express. The wine was named after the founder of the Venerosi family, whose name was Nambrot and lived in the year 830.
