Eve and Michel Rey run this small domaine together in the beautifully situated village of Vergisson between the Roche de Vergisson and the Roche de Solutré. They do all the work in the cellar and vineyard themselves, so they know every vine. As a winemaker, Michel is extremely eager to learn and Eve is a huge perfectionist. This is probably why the wines of this relatively young winery have made great progress in recent years. No insecticides or pesticides are used, the soil is cultivated all year round with respect for nature and harvesting is done by hand with the grapes being transported in small boxes. What a delicious and young drinkable wine for this money!
