Masia Barril, the first winery to produce wines in the DO Priorat, has regained its original name, Mas d'en Gil, since 1998, when it was taken over by the Rovira Carbonell family. Located in Bellmunt, 350 meters above sea level, this bodega is blessed with a specific microclimate with warm, humid southeast winds, which give the wines a complex and differentiated character.
