The label shows the San Giovanni chapel (15th century) which is part of the estate and has historical value. The name of the wine refers to the rich history of the estate. Castello della Sala is famous for its (pricey) Chardonnay, but this Vipera made from Sauvignon blanc and Semillion is also a must.
